Helpline and telemedicine services

We established a helpline service for the Social Health Protection Initiative (Sehat Sahulat Programme) to empower beneficiaries, influence the community perspective about insurance-based practices and help regulate the behaviour of insurance firms. The helpline served as a responsive, efficient and smooth information seeking and complaints' redressal system for the beneficiaries.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, ICU Healthcare provided the technology layer and the helpline connectivity to the other partners for telemedicine services to tackle medical consultation through virtual space and reduce the risk of catching COVID-19 infection in the vulnerable population.

ICU Healthcare in partnership with other organizations established a telemedicine helpline services for maternal and child care that facilitated thousands of families across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
