ICU HEALTHCARE endeavours to support the six pillars of health systems strengthening (HSS), including (1) improving access through better health-services delivery, (2) access to essential medicines, (3) health human-resource, (4) healthcare financing, (5) health information systems, and (6) enhanced leadership and better governance. Our projects and programs contribute towards strengthening one or more of these HSS pillar.

Leaving no one behind is our motive. The services we render, the works we undertake and the commodities we supply have an all-inclusive character. Our policies and actions ensure optimal health for everyone that does not exclude any section of society. We do everything to ensure that gender, geography, caste, creed, or disability does not exclude anyone from accessing their needed health services.

Conclusiveness

We are addressing the dearth of conclusive (actionable) evidence (information), leading to policy paralysis in our country. We are generating conclusive evidence to reform our healthcare system. We are bridging the gap of actionable research for our policymakers, providers and patients to make rational choices. Along with advocating for evidence-based policies, we undertake business ventures that are based on conclusive evidence. We address the problems faced by our clients, partners and community at large in a manner that is proven to be effective.

Universalism

We are advocates and actors of achieving UHC in Pakistan. To that end, we are working with the government, international development agencies, business enterprises and community groups for establishing responsive, equitable and affordable healthcare. We protect our client from being pushed into poverty. We believe in innovative market solutions, and our business philosophy is to ensure maximum-good for every stakeholder. Our clients' maximum utility (patient groups) is ensured through quality-services and quicker-response by our partners (healthcare providers) at a reasonable cost. Our inputs ensure the patients' safety, a decent return on investment for the partners and compliance for the regulators in the healthcare industry.
